Emerald Island Casino is an Irish-themed locals casino in downtown Henderson's Water Street District, open 24 hours. Reopened under its current name in May 2003 and acquired by ECL Water Street in January 2024 along with sister property Rainbow Club, it offers more than 450 slot, video poker and keno machines with no live table games. The 24-hour Emerald Island Grille is known for value-priced comfort food including its signature skillet breakfast. Guests earn through the 4-tier Club Jewel rewards program shared with Rainbow Club. An expansion adding about 14,500 square feet was proposed in late 2025.
